Srinagar, Sep 20: Lalan Prasad, father of senior IAS officer Shailendra Kumar, passed away in Srinagar this afternoon.
The last rites will be performed at Shamshan Ghat, Karan Nagar, Srinagar on Sunday, 21st September at 12:00 noon.
National Chairman of the National Foundation for Journalism and Media (NFJM), Dr. Tahir Rufayee, has expressed deep condolences on the demise. He prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family in this hour of grief.
