In a swift action against the terror ecosystem, police attached the property of a terrorist handler in Palpora village of Kralgund, Handwara today. This significant move reflects the authorities’ commitment to enhancing security and combatting terrorism in the region.
A police spokesperson confirmed that this action is linked to FIR No. 73/2011 from the Kralgund Police Station. Investigations revealed that Nazir Ahmad Ganai, a resident of Palpora currently operating from Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK), played a crucial role in guiding and facilitating terror activities.
“Following due legal procedures and securing sanctions from the competent authority, police officials, alongside revenue personnel, attached Ganai’s land in Palpora,” the spokesperson stated, underscoring the lawfulness of the action.
